Mr. Ton Anh Thi, Head of PMU Nghi Son petrochemical refinery and Mr. Pham Huu Nghia, Deputy Director of PVC was contracted under the witness of Mr. Hideto Murakami - Director of Nghi Son petrochemical refinery limited company, Mr. Vu Duc Thuan – CEO of PVC, Mr. Tran Khac Hiep - Deputy Director of PMU Nghi Son petrochemical refinery.

According to the contract, Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC) is the general contractor for leveling (stage 2) the premises of Nghi Son petrochemical refinery (Nghi Son - Thanh Hoa province). The contract is worth over VND 764 billion, with leveled volume of nearly 6 million m3, drainage ditches of 12.800m, and 8000m of talus... Expected, PVC will be completed and handed over in August 31, 2010.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr, Vu Duc Thuan, CEO of PVC confirmed: As a general contractor, PVC will mobilize all resources and determination to construct and hand over the project on schedule and quality assurance to ensure the overall construction progress of the Nghi Son petrochemical refinery project - National key project.
