On December 21, 2009, Board of Management has decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Tien, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Economics, and the Chief Accountant of PVC to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation.

Speaking at the decision receiving ceremony, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tien confirmed that he will continue dedicate and contribute to the overall development of PVC.
