Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC) is a member of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group

PVN (the biggest economic group of Vietnam with revenue of VND 280,000 billion ($16.5 billion) in 2008.

PVC has more than 27 years of experience in the petroleum projects of design, construction and installation. We are becoming the first-ranking petroleum construction and EPC contractor with international standards in terms of technology and management in Vietnam.

We have been performing a number of important projects in petrochemical, exploration and exploitation; oil refinery, power plants; transportation and industrial-civil construction.

PVC engages to co-operate with foreign strategic partners/ shareholders to develop PVC as an international standard EPC contractor.



PVC HISTORY

  08/1983:       Chairman of Ministers Council permitted General Petrol to establish Petro Construction Complex Enterprise
  14/09/1983: Petro General Department decided to establish Petro Conjugate Construction Enterprise from labor force of                           soldiers Multi-battalion 318
  19/09/1995: Petrovietnam Corporation changed Petro Construction Complex Enterprise into Petro Design and Construction                           Company
  17/03/2005: Minister of Industry approved project equalization and changing Petro design and construction Company into                           Petro Construction Joint Stock Company
  26/10/2007: Vietnam Oil and Gas Group approved project changing Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Company into                           Petrovienam Construction Corporation
  21/11/2007: Project changing PetroVietnam construction Company into PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation                           (PVC) was approved at the general shareholders meeting.
  27/06/2008: PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation has approved plan of increasing charter capital up to 1,500                           VND billions at the annual general shareholders meeting.
